When will I receive confirmation of my order? 

Immediately upon placing your order, you will receive an email Order Confirmation with the order details. A Shipment Confirmation will also be sent once your order has shipped. 

How do I change the shipping address for my order?  

If you need to change the shipping address of your order and the order has not shipped, please email mercury@canarymarketing.com and reference your order number in the subject line. Please provide both the original and the new address details in the body of your email. 

When will my order ship? 

Blanket, Patagonia jacket, and Rains weekend bag orders will ship out early September. 

Rugby Shirt orders will ship out in late September. 

How do I track my order? 

Your shipping confirmation email will generate once the order has shipped and will include carrier and tracking information. 

How long will it take for me to receive my order?  

Delivery time is determined by destination. Domestic orders will generally arrive within 2-7 business days and International orders will arrive within 1-4 weeks, once shipped. Delivery times listed are not guaranteed. All international orders can be subject to customs delays.  

Where is my shipment coming from? Will I be responsible for duty and taxes?  

All orders ship from the U.S. and deliver duty paid. If the carrier contacts you requesting payment, please reach out to mercury@canarymarketing.com for support. 

How do I return or exchange an item?  

Merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged. 

While we do not expect anything to arrive damaged, you can contact mercury@canarymarketing.com to receive instructions if this does happen.  Be sure to include your order number, photos of the packaging and item as well as your full ship to contact name.
